Everything about placing orders and payment confirmations

How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalog, add your desired PDF guide to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We support Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and PhonePe payments.
I was charged but my order shows as pending. What do I do?
Payment confirmations can take 2–5 minutes. If your order still shows pending after 10 minutes, contact us with your payment reference number and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the download link is generated. However, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the PDF is defective or not as described.
How do I view my order history?
Sign in to your account and navigate to My Orders. You can see all past purchases, order status, and payment references.

Downloads

Download limits, expired links, and access questions

How many times can I download a purchased PDF?
Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads. Your current download count is shown on the Downloads page next to each file.
My download link has expired. How do I renew it?
Download tokens expire after 7 days for security. Visit your Downloads page and click the refresh button to generate a new secure link.
I reached my 5-download limit. Can it be reset?
Yes! Contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email support@secureiamguides.com with your order ID. We will manually reset your download limit.
Why is my PDF watermarked?
All purchased PDFs include a personalised watermark and license notice page as part of our enterprise DRM protection. The watermark includes your order reference and is unique to your purchase.

Accepted payment methods, GST invoices, and refunds

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay, and UPI via PhonePe. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Is my payment information stored?
No. SecureIAM Guides never stores your card or banking details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay and PhonePe, which are PCI-DSS compliant.
How do I get a GST invoice?
A GST invoice is automatically generated for every paid order. Visit your Orders page, open the order, and click "Download GST Invoice". You can also visit our GST Invoice page for details.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Request Refund". Our team reviews all requests within 2 business days.

Sign-in, profile settings, and account management

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" in the top navigation and select "Continue with Google". Your account is automatically created on your first sign-in — no password required.
Can I change my email address?
Your email is linked to your Google account and cannot be changed directly. To use a different email, sign in with a different Google account.
How do I update my profile information?
Sign in and navigate to Profile Settings. You can update your display name, avatar, and notification preferences.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We comply with India's DPDPA 2023 and the IT Act 2000. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I share a purchased PDF with others?
No. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license. PDFs are watermarked with your order reference. Sharing purchased PDFs violates our Terms of Service.
How is my account secured?
We use Supabase Auth with Google OAuth for secure authentication. We never store passwords. All sessions are encrypted and expire automatically.
What data do you collect?
We collect your name, email address, and purchase history to provide the service. We use anonymised analytics to improve the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
