Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any product from this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform or make any purchase.

Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

"Platform"The website, online store, or digital storefront operated by the Seller at secureiam.in, including any associated storefronts.
"Seller" / "We" / "Us"SecureIAM Guides, the owner and operator of the Platform, based in India.
"Customer" / "You"Any individual or entity that accesses the Platform, browses product listings, or completes a purchase.
"Product"Any digital file, PDF guide, e-book, workbook, template, or downloadable content sold on the Platform.
"License"The limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right granted to the Customer to use a purchased Product for personal, non-commercial use only.
"Transaction"The purchase process initiated by the Customer on completion of payment for a Product.
"Intellectual Property"All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, design rights, and other proprietary rights subsisting in the Products and the Platform.
"Content"All text, images, graphics, data, information, and materials published on or through the Platform.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Platform or completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full
  • Have read and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms
  • Consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Seller. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Section 3

Description of Platform & Products

3.1 Nature of Products

All products sold on this Platform are digital goods delivered in PDF format via electronic download. Products include: guides, manuals, handbooks, workbooks, templates, checklists, reference documents, and educational materials.

No Physical Shipping

No physical goods are shipped. All products are delivered digitally. Ensure you have a compatible PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF, or any standard browser PDF viewer) before making a purchase.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, previews, and sample images on the Platform are accurate and complete. However, slight variations in formatting, font rendering, or visual appearance may occur depending on your device, operating system, or PDF reader. In the event of a material discrepancy, you may raise a complaint as per the Refund Policy.

3.3 Product Availability

The Seller reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product listing at any time without prior notice. Purchased products will remain accessible to the buyer post-purchase in accordance with the download mechanism provided.

Section 4

User Account & Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register an account or provide your email address. If you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not share your login credentials with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at support@secureiam.in in case of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably suspect is involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Section 5

Ordering, Payment & Delivery

5.1 Order Process

By selecting a product and completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and the contract is formed upon successful payment confirmation and delivery of the download link.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, inclusive of applicable GST under the CGST Act, 2017 and IGST Act, 2017. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order confirmation is binding for that Transaction.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via RBI-approved payment gateways, including:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net Banking
Digital Wallets
Razorpay
PhonePe

All payment transactions are processed through secure, RBI-regulated payment processors. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our servers.

5.4 Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, the Product will be made available for download via a link sent to your registered email address and accessible through your account dashboard — typically within minutes.

Delivery Email Not Received?

Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the delivery email within 30 minutes. Contact support@secureiam.in if you face any delivery issues.

5.5 GST Invoice

A tax invoice will be issued for all purchases subject to GST as required under the CGST Act, 2017. If you require a GST invoice for business purposes, please provide your GSTIN at checkout or contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Section 6

Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All Products and Content on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller, protected under:

  • The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
  • The Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India)
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
  • International copyright treaties including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Seller.

6.2 License Granted to You

Upon purchase, the Seller grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and store ONE personal copy of the PDF on your own devices
  • Read and use the content for personal, non-commercial, educational, or professional development purposes only

This License Does NOT Grant You Rights To:

Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify, translate, create derivative works from, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit any Product or part thereof in any form or medium.

6.3 Prohibited Uses

  • Share, distribute, or forward the downloaded PDF to any third party
  • Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform, cloud storage accessible to others, or torrent site
  • Use the Product as part of any commercial training, course, or paid service
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary legends
  • Reproduce the Product in print or digital form for distribution
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest content from the Platform

Section 7

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using this Platform, you agree that you will NOT:

Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
Violate any applicable Indian law, regulation, or court order
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
Introduce viruses, malware, trojan horses, or any harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overburdens the Platform
Use scraping, crawling, or data-mining tools without written consent
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protections on Products

Consequences

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination, denial of future purchases, and legal action under applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Section 8

Privacy & Personal Data

8.1 Data Collection

When you use the Platform or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, billing information, and IP address — for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, providing customer support, and improving our services.

8.2 Compliance with Indian Law

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) to the extent applicable. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

8.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with:

  • Payment processors for the purpose of completing your transaction
  • Email service providers for delivering your product and transactional communications
  • Legal authorities where disclosure is required by law, court order, or government directive in India

8.4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by applicable Indian law — including GST record-keeping requirements of 6 years under Section 36 of the CGST Act, 2017.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Professional Advice

All Products are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in any Product constitutes financial, legal, medical, accounting, tax, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any information in our Products.

Results Disclaimer

Any outcomes, results, or earnings described in product descriptions are examples only and are not guarantees of results. Individual outcomes will vary.

9.2 "As Is" Basis

The Platform and all Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Products
  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Product content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform

Consumer Rights Not Affected

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including any liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for unfair trade practices or product defects.

Section 10

Third-Party Platforms & Links

This Platform may use third-party services including payment gateways, email delivery services, and analytics providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

The Platform may contain links to external websites for reference purposes only. These links do not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, such third-party sites.

Third-Party Storefronts

If you purchase through a third-party storefront, that platform's Terms of Service will also apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.

Section 11

Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

🌊 Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or acts of God
🏛️ Government actions, restrictions, or directions under Indian law
🌐 Internet service outages, data centre failures, or platform downtime
🔒 Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or hacking incidents
🦠 Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
🏭 Strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Platform or any Product in violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property rights of the Seller or any third party
  • Your violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation
  • Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you to the Seller
  • Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of any Product purchased from the Platform

Section 13

Termination of Access

The Seller reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour
  • Filing of an unjustified chargeback against a legitimate transaction
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Providing false information during registration or purchase

Upon termination, your license to use any purchased Products is revoked immediately. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause. If termination is not for cause, the Seller will address any outstanding refund obligations in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Section 14

Consumer Rights Under Indian Law

Nothing in these Terms diminishes, waives, or restricts any right available to you as a Consumer under Indian law. Your statutory consumer rights include:

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Right to protection against unfair trade practices; right to seek redressal; right to a grievance redressal mechanism.

E-Commerce Rules, 2020

Right to clear disclosure of terms, pricing, grievance officer details, and return/refund policies before purchase.

DPDPA, 2023

Right to access, correct, and erase personal data held by the Seller; right to nominate a representative for data matters.

IT Act, 2000

Protection of electronic transactions and the right to dispute unauthorized electronic contracts.

CGST Act, 2017

Right to receive a valid GST tax invoice for purchases where GST is applicable.

If unresolved, you may escalate to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC / SCDRC / NCDRC) based on the value of your claim.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any transaction made on this Platform constitutes a valid electronic contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, it may be referred to mediation or consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

Continued Use = Acceptance

Your continued use of the Platform or purchase of any Product after posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform. Material changes affecting consumer rights will be communicated via email to registered users wherever practicable.

Section 17

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by the Seller of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach. Failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce such provision in the future.

Section 18

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Seller with respect to your use of the Platform and purchase of Products. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations between the parties on the same subject matter.
